Conditions arms, shoulders, chest and back. Reciprocal muscle groups can be worked using the bi-directional resistance feature. A plush padded seat with an ergonomically-correct lumbar support glides into position and can be removed easily for wheelchair accessibility. Wheelchair platform is included. Proper position of the crank is achieved with the one-hand easy-glide adjustment handle.
